Foremost Farms USA, a leading dairy cooperative and manufacturer in the Midwest, is excited to announce that it has reached an agreement to sell its foodservice cheese business, including the 1950-127 brand and related manufacturing equipment to Wisconsin Dairy Distributing (WDD), headquartered in Waupun, Wisconsin.
A day in the life of the Elsbernds
Aug. 12 brought a rare occurrence to Foremost Farms member, Elsbernd family dairy farm, as two vacations occurred simultaneously, leaving the matriarch of the farm, Patty Elsbernd, taking care of the farm and being what she describes as “large and in charge.”
