At Foremost Farms, we are proud to be one of the largest dairy cooperatives in the United States and a major food manufacturing business. We are owned by hundreds of Midwest dairy farm members located across seven Midwest states that produce the high-quality milk used to make millions of pounds of award-winning cheese, butter and dairy ingredients every year.

CHEESE

For nearly 30 years, we’ve produced 100% all-natural cheeses. From Italian- to American-style, our award-winning, premium cheeses are made to meet our customers’ needs for taste, functionality and performance.

BUTTER

Our award-winning butter is made with all-natural, nutritious cream from the member-owners’ farms, resulting in rich flavor and smooth texture. Produced in Reedsburg, Wisc., with cream separated on-site and from our Sparta, Wisc. facility, our quality butter is sold to business customers across the nation.

DAIRY INGREDIENTS

Our wholesome and nutritious ingredients provide our customers with innovative solutions. We produce both liquid and powder ingredients, carefully utilizing every part of the quality milk member-owners supply.

MILK

Member-owners of Foremost Farms supply high-quality milk that has superior butterfat and protein content. It is used to manufacture cheese, butter, dairy ingredients and fluid milk products, including condensed skim and cream, reverse osmosis skim and whole milk and innovative blends for our customers.
