John P. Schmitt – Lancaster, Supervisor, Wastewater Treatment Plant

Every day, John makes sure that the wastewater from the Lancaster plant is properly treated to local, state and national standards before being discharged to the environment. John’s hard work and dedication prevents risk in the environment. John ensures that equipment and processes, both biological and mechanical, are working properly to assist in the reclamation of our water resource. John’s knowledge of the wastewater treatment process, and its importance, is an asset in our dedication to “take care of our world!”

Angela has guided the Richland Center Lab has through changes, new requirements and new staff. She works to figure out the best solution by considering and valuing the opinion of coworkers. She listens to and is open to trying new ideas. Angela has helped out on weekends, late nights and early mornings – she is a phone call away when questions arise.
FORCE FOR GOOD
Carol Walls, Carlie B. Nelson, Holly L. Schmitt – Clayton Team

Carol, Holly and Carlie consistently demonstrate their passion for Foremost Farms. Recently, they were involved in planning and executing events for the plant and community, including National Night Out. They care are supportive and engaged when guiding our action planning sessions based on employee engagement surveys results (that gives us valuable feedback from our employees on how we can make their work experience better around topics like recognition, the work environment, and work/life balance). Without their help and involvement, the plant would not have been as successful in executing these sessions.
