Foremost Farms recently hosted its 31st annual Cow-lege Cash Golf Outing, bringing together employees, members, partners and supporters for a day of friendly competition and fundraising in support of education scholarships. Organized through the Foremost Farms Charitable Foundation, the annual event helps fund 14 scholarships awarded each year to students connected to Foremost Farms employees and member families. For more than three decades, the outing has provided meaningful educational opportunities while bringing people together to support the next generation.
The fun continued off the course with more than a dozen gift baskets donated by cooperative employees. The baskets were auctioned during the event, generating additional support for the scholarship program while adding excitement throughout the day.
In keeping with this year’s butter-inspired theme, attendees received Foremost Farms butter to take home. This first-of-its-kind addition to the event was a fun way to carry the experience beyond the golf course and celebrate one of the products at the heart of our industry.
Since its inception, the Foremost Farms Charitable Foundation Golf Outing has raised more than $1,000,000 to support student scholarships. Those funds have helped students pursue higher education opportunities while reflecting Foremost Farms’ commitment to being a Force for Good in the communities we serve.
