Foremost Farms joined cheesemakers from across Wisconsin to showcase their products at Madison’s Cheese Fair Off the Square on September 27, part of the annual Art of Cheese Festival. The event celebrated Wisconsin’s cheesemaking heritage with hands-on activities and exclusive excursions—a true treat for cheese lovers.
Employee volunteers were on hand to promote and sell the cooperative’s high-quality cheeses, helping raise nearly $2,000 through product sales. All proceeds will benefit the Foremost Farms Charitable Foundation.
More than 650 blocks and bags of cheese were sold, with Gouda and Muenster emerging as crowd favorites.
