(April 20, 2026) — Foremost Farms USA, a leading dairy cooperative, is advancing its growth strategy through targeted investments designed to strengthen reliability, increase flexibility and better support customers and members. The plan includes expansions at the cooperative’s Reedsburg, Wisc., and Greenville, Mich., plants.

The expansions at both sites will improve how milk and dairy ingredients move through Foremost Farms’ network, reducing operational complexity while increasing system flexibility and efficiency.
In Reedsburg, the cooperative is strengthening the site’s role as a key milk and components balancing hub. Investments will improve how milk components are managed and moved across the system, support butter production and other dairy solids needs, and increase operational flexibility across the Midwest.
In Greenville, Foremost Farms is building on a site designed for expansion by better utilizing existing capabilities and advancing value added dairy production. The cooperative will expand investments in leading edge membrane technologies to deliver high value, customizable liquid ultrafiltered milk products—including milk protein isolates and concentrates—supporting the rapidly growing high protein beverage and cultured products categories. Together, these investments increase flexibility for the Mideast region and support innovation across the network.
