Culture Steward Award
Joan truly embodies the values of Foremost Farms. She consistently goes above and beyond, bringing creativity and festive spirit to the office each month—often through decorations she crafts at home. She’s always finding new ways to give back, and this past year she helped raise funds for the cooperative’s Charitable Foundation by selling cow calendars she designed herself.
Terry has emerged as a true leader at the Appleton Plant, stepping up to support Foremost Farms’ largest operation during a time of leadership challenges. His dedication, resilience, and lead-by-example approach have made a meaningful impact on the entire team.
Breakthrough Thinker Award
Through outstanding teamwork, Carrie and Angela delivered an innovative automated solution for creating finished goods samples in R12 from batching data. Carrie saw the request for the project and took initiative to adopt it as her own, while Angela played a key role in testing by requesting improvements and sharing her unique lab perspective to enhance usability.

The Appleton maintenance team took on a complex challenge and delivered outstanding results by moving the chemical room to a centralized first-floor location. This project involved a complete teardown, a full redesign, and repiping 12 chemical lines—dramatically improving safety, simplifying maintenance, and generating meaningful chemical cost savings.

Aaron stepped up with confidence to help redesign and implement the new IT Service Desk call routing system, embracing challenges to deliver an innovative solution that enhances both efficiency and the customer experience.
Silo Breaker Award
Jill took charge of the Greenville Venture Partners entity dissolution, simplifying operations by moving Greenville into plant status. This effort saved 60 hours in Finance, reduced EverAg workload, and eliminated two bank accounts. In just six weeks, she scheduled and led meetings to fully understand systems and processes affected by the change and determine required actions to ensure a flawless transition.

Jessica consistently prioritizes efficiency without ever compromising quality. Her dedication to reducing waste, streamlining processes, and maintaining the highest quality standards strengthens the cooperative and elevates Foremost Farms products every day.
Tim demonstrates outstanding leadership by guiding the Reedsburg plant team in planning and executing the weekly production plan. By addressing numerous critical details each week, he provides consistent technical guidance that maximizes value and minimizes waste.
