Bone has more than 30 years of manufacturing and supply chain experience in the food industry and is known for his expertise in scaling operations, improving product quality and reducing costs at major companies, including General Mills and Glanbia Nutritionals.

Most recently, Bone served as VP of Operations, Quality and Regulatory and ELT member at Capello’s. He was responsible for leading purchasing, planning, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, fulfillment and quality assurance. Prior to Capello’s, Bone was VP of Supply Chain, Quality and Regulatory and member of the ELT at Bulletproof 360. He was responsible for all aspects of the supply chain and quality organizations, including omni-channel fulfillment with multi-national reach. Previously, Bone served as VP of Global Operations, Specialty Plants, Engineering and EHS at Glanbia Nutritionals. He was responsible for the transformation change of Sales, Customer Service, R & D, Quality and Operations to align objectives, standardize metrics and leverage resources.
Bone’s experience also includes years of his career at General Mills, where he held roles of increasing responsibility including Global System Engineering & Continuous Improvement Manager, Plant Director and External Supply Chain Director-Cereal, Snacks and Innovation. He also held various Operations roles, including manufacturing team leader, production scheduler, start-up manager and operations/department manager.
Bone earned his Bachelor of Science – Industrial Management from Purdue University, is the recipient of a General Mills Ethics Award and has served on multiple boards of directors, including the Foundation for Strategic Sourcing (F4SS), Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce, New Mexico Museum of Natural History Foundation as well as the Central New Mexico United Way Campaign Cabinet.
