DONATIONS

Foremost Farms USA is a dairy cooperative, owned by dairy farmers. These farmers feed and and nurture our families, representing only two percent of the population while feeding the other 98 percent. They support our local and global economies, and they help our culture and traditions thrive. Foremost Farms, on behalf of these dairy farm family members and employees, also have a proud history of giving back directly to our local communities.

Focus Areas

We maximize our impact by supporting causes that align with our values, the dairy industry, our dairy products manufacturing business, our employees and our dairy farm families.

These include:

• • Dairy-related educational events,
  • First responders that our member farms and production facilities rely on for our safety, and
  • Select community events that have a broad impact – with extra consideration for dairy-themed events.

Foremost Farms is also dedicated to feeding hungry people through a partnership to donate wholesome dairy products to Paul’s Pantry, based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. We selected Paul’s Pantry due to the high volume of people it serves, relationships with other food banks, proximity to our production facilities, ability to convert wholesale packaging to retail sizes and because it receives no federal, state or local tax revenue and relies entirely on community support.

Foremost Farms does not produce products in retail sizes. We will consider requests for product donations; however, we cannot guarantee that all product donation requests can be fulfilled. To be considered for a product donation, the request must be made at least six weeks ahead of the event date. If Foremost Farms is unable to fulfill a product donation request, we reserve the right to contribute donating funds to purchase dairy products that will be used by eligible organizaions at approved events. 

ELIGIBILITY

Foremost Farms contributes to nonprofit and not-for-profit organizations in counties and communities in the seven-state region where our members, plants and offices are located. These organizations must be dedicated to the focus areas listed above. Our exclusions include but are not limited to individuals, for-profit organizations and businesses, fund redistribution organizations, political or crowd-sourcing funding efforts.

REQUEST GUIDELINES

• 1. All incoming and outgoing requests for charitable contributions and sponsorships must be submitted through the online form found below.
  2. Requests must be made at least six weeks in advance of your event or date you expect to receive funds to ensure consideration.
  3. Requests will be reviewed by a team of Foremost Farms employees.
  4. Please allow up to four (4) weeks for a response.
