Applications Lab
Foremost Farms has an in-house applications lab that our technical service and product development specialists use to customize solutions for key bakery, pizza and dry ingredient customers. Located at our corporate headquarters in Baraboo, Wisconsin, the applications lab is designed to create and test world-class Wisconsin cheese and dairy ingredient formulations, functionalities and recipes.
Bakery Development

Perfect Pizza
The applications lab includes a “pizza room” with
- A variety of pizza ovens that replicate baking conditions in different restaurants
- Equipment to test cheeses under various conditions
- Quality-control, trouble-shooting and analytical instruments
